The virtuoso artistry of the Layton-Handsworth-Ammer trio brings to life the crystalline folk narrative of Stravinsky's Soldier’s Tale and Bartok's stunning Contrasts, plus the world premiere of Ghosts of Galicia by Charles Bodman Rae, a poignant allusion to some vanished voices of Eastern Europe.
